HOW CAN I ORDER?
In order to be able to order and follow through our site, you must first become a member of our site. Cargo tracking is not possible for orders placed without being a member. (If you are not yet a member, you can create your membership by clicking here.) After creating your membership, you can go to the page of the product you want to buy and choose the color, number / size you like and click the "Add to cart" button and add the product to your basket. Afterwards, you can click on "My Cart" on the top right of our page, after the cargo and delivery information that the system will ask you, write your payment information and place your order.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
Enter the "MY ACCOUNT" section on the top right corner of the page and click on the * forgot my password * link and enter your e-mail address that you used when registering on the site, an e-mail will be sent to you in a very short time containing the password you have informed us when you log in to the site.
WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?
First of all, when you become a member, you need to pay attention that the member form you fill out contains complete and up-to-date information. In case of any problem that may arise after your order, our customer representatives will contact you using your contact information in your membership information.
Your order will be sent to the delivery address you entered. In order to avoid any problems during cargo delivery, you should write your address in all details.
I PLACE MY ORDER, WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER THAT?
After your order reaches our system without any problem, an e-mail will be sent by us to your e-mail address that you used to create a membership to our site, detailing your order.
Our customer representatives will prepare and ship your products to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. After we receive your order, it will be shipped within an average of 1-4 business days.
When your product is delivered to the cargo company, an e-mail will be sent to you again and you will be informed about the cargo. For orders placed with wire transfer / EFT payment option, your order will be valid on the date your payment is reflected in our accounts. Penti is not responsible for running out of stocks of products in orders that have not been paid during this period. Orders placed by credit card are processed immediately.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can follow all the orders you have placed on our site from the My Orders section on your account page after logging in.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders made from camasircity.com can be canceled by the customer before they are delivered to cargo. You can report your cancellation requests to the e-mail address [email protected] or to the Online Shopping Authority by calling 0212 565 75 65.
Transactions to be made after delivery are evaluated in the return class.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
After your order is created, the product cannot be changed.
